Sticky Changes Challenge
Hi, I’m Dr. Lolu and I’m so excited that you’re joining me on the Sticky Changes Challenge this April.
In this free 28 day challenge, we’re going to be working together to nail down some good habits which will lay the foundation for the success we want to see in our lives going forward, whether that is with regards to our health, finances, relationships - the applications are endless!
We will be applying principles from the book Atomic Habits by James Clear so if you want to get a head start, feel free to purchase the book and read ahead.
The challenge launches on April 22nd with a FB live, where we will go over the fundamentals, answer any questions, and by the end, we will each be committing to one change, one habit that we want to have made progress with by the end of the 28 days.
You’ll then get a weekly email with a short video introducing the principle of the week and a worksheet to help you apply it. And you’ll have a chance to ask any questions or update us on your progress along the way in our FB group and our weekly FB live sessions - so make sure you join by clicking the link below!
